The problem is not with tax but the USAGE of tax. Like lets say the government takes away 5% of your income as "Health insurance" but the money goes for other things like building stadiums and useless shits.

The problem with taxes is that this shit isnt used properly at all. Why do i have to pay taxes on my income, just to pay even more taxes for everything you do and then this shit isnt used for anything. It gets literally burned down here in germany for unnecessary shit.

The real problem beyond that aren't raising taxes ; it's tax evasion. Every year, some rich fuckers and big corporations avoid 80 to 100 BILLIONS euros of taxes ; our State budget would be balanced if they did. So, as we have deficit, we raise taxes on honest people and companies, the debt grows, austerity kicks in, etc.

That's the problem ... we keep paying more taxes but public services keep deteriorating ... I live in a peri-urban area (main city 35 minutes by car) : public hospital got closed, ridiculous train or buses services, poste offices are fewer and fewer ... taxes on gazoil is not the problem, bad use of thoses taxes is !

This is completely bullshit. There would be no need to raise taxes for the poor if the €80-100 billion in tax evasion by the rich were recovered by the state. about gasoil, people who use it have no choice and live in place where there are less and less public service, thus they need to drive more and more, and pay more and more. The injustice is that the money from the taxe gasoil is not use in order to offer public service to them, it's used in order to offer public service to metropoles.

I see a lot of people saying "i don't mind paying taxes if public services get better". Logical thinking. But first, our public services are awesome, seriously : health, school, roads... we are so used to it that we don't realise our luck anymore. The problem is : we lived over our incomes for too long, the public debt is too damn high, the environnement is pleading for mercy... We have to choose between a more "difficult" way of life, or screw the nexts generations.
