Phần vải còn lại, cho vào máy ép, ép lấy nước. Tiếp theo, hòa tan sữa tươi không đường với sữa đặc, đun nóng, nhớ là không để sữa sôi sùng sục.
Đổ nước ép vải, sữa chua vào hỗn hợp sữa, tắt bếp. Khi hỗn hợp nguội hoàn toàn, cho phần vải cắt nhỏ ở step 1 vào.
Cuối cùng chỉ việc cho vào bịch hoặc túi nilon, hũ tùy thích. Đem sữa đi ủ 6-8h, trong thùng xốp hoặc nồi cơm điện đậy kín có nhiệt độ dao động trong khoảng 35-45 độ C. Trong quá trình ủ tránh di chuyển hũ sữa hoặc va chạm làm hũ sữa lắc mạnh khiến sữa bị tách, không đông được.
Đặt vào tủ lạnh 5-6 giờ, cho đông hẳn, rồi thưởng thức nhé!
