Tôm xào đậu hũ cay thơm với những nõn tôm tẩm ướp chút gia vị chiên chín giòn sần sật. Xào cùng đậu hũ trắng mềm thơm và sốt ớt đậu cay ngon đậm đà. Chỉ một lần ăn là sẽ khiến bạn nhớ mãi cho xem.
Tôm nõn mua sẵn ở siêu thị cho vào tô, thêm 1/8 muỗng cà phê muối, 1/8 muỗng cà phê tiêu trắng, 1 muỗng canh rượu vang trộn đều. Thêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê bột bắp và tiếp tục khuấy, sau đó ngâm trong vài phút.
Hành lá thái nhỏ. Gừng nạo vỏ, băm nhỏ. Đậu hũ trắng rửa sạch, thấm khô nước rồi thái thành những miếng vuông cạnh khoảng 1.5cm. Cho 1 muỗng cà phê muối vào nồi, đun sôi nước và cho đậu hũ vào trong 1-2 phút thì vớt ra để ráo.
Đun nóng 2 -3 muỗng canh dầu ăn, cho tôm vào chiên chín săn lai thì vớt ra để riêng.
Tận dụng dầu thừa trong chảo, cho sốt ớt đậu cay và hành lá vào đảo đều cho dậy mùi. Cho đậu hũ xào đảo nhẹ tay. Nêm 1/2 muỗng cà phê dầu hào và 1/2 muỗng cà phê đường. Sau đó, thêm nước xâm xấp mặt đậu đun sôi vài phút.
Cuối cùng cho tôm chiên vào, xào lửa nhỏ vừa. Khuấy tan bột bắp còn lại với ít nước rồi cho vào, xào cho sốt sệt lại thì tắt bếp.
