Đầu tiên cá hồi mua về mình rửa thật sạch, ướp vào cá một ít muối, tiêu, bột ớt paprika khoảng 30 phút cho thấm vị (nhớ bảo quản trong tủ mát để cá tươi hơn nhé).

Sau 30' phút, lấy cá ra khỏi tủ lạnh. Phi thơm 1 ít tỏi và cho cá vào chiên vàng 4 mặt. Tùy vào mức độ sống chín bạn thích mà canh chỉnh lửa tùy ý nhé. Cá chín vàng thì vớt ra thấm ráo dầu.

Bây giờ làm nước mắm tỏi ăn ớt kèm. Khuấy tan nước mắm Chin-su hương cá hồi cùng đường rồi thêm 5 tép tỏi đập dập, thêm 2 trái ớt sừng cắt nhỏ, rau răm cắt nhỏ. Khuấy đều.

Cho cá hồi ra dĩa, chan nước mắm vừa pha lên trên và thưởng thức thôi. Cá hồi mềm mềm, cùng nước mắm tỏi ớt đậm đà thật tuyệt vời đúng không nào.
